Assistance with daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangement
At True Compassion Care, our support team can help participants to manage responsibilities and challenges of these shared spaces. This support mainly focuses on developing domestic skills that allow our Participants to live as independently as possible.
We provide support right from personal care, meal preparation, cleaning individual and shared spaces in the house. We also assist our participants in succeeding in their living situation and relationships with their family / housemates. We can deliver this service within shared living such as units or family arrangements. Explore our Individualised support options and choose a feasible one

Assistance with travel and transport
Our transport service is available to those participants who are unable to travel alone or access other transport because of their disability. We offer various support and services to enable your participation at community, social or economic platforms. We assist and train you to access public transport with ease. Our specialised team members are well-trained, licensed drivers and we have vehicles to provide safe and effective transport. Additionally, True Compassion Care is able to provide a wheel-chair accessible vehicles to support our participants who are unable to access public transport. True Compassion Care provides NDIS Transport Services in Victoria, Preston, and Heidelberg West.
